The OPTI 4.0 project aims to carry out the digital transformation of ETI in collaboration with partners Inova IT and VIAR. It covers the establishment of technological, organizational, human, process and business capabilities to transform ETI into a "smart company" — one that learns faster, integrates effectively into new value chains, and responds to change with agility.
